Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development, sourcing, strategic partnerships, market research, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong research, analytical, and business evaluation skills.
• Good understanding of business development, market entry strategies, and new business development.
• Good understanding of Korean and Singapore market environments, consumer trends, and business culture.
• Able to work independently with strong communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.

Support the Business Development team in identifying, sourcing, and developing new business opportunities for CJ in Singapore and the region across Food, Beauty, Entertainment, and other lifestyle and consumer sectors. About you
