Job summary

AsiaCloud is seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Manager in Singapore to grow our cybersecurity, compliance and AI advisory practice. You will engage SME owners and senior decision-makers, translate challenges into business outcomes, and design solutions with our technical teams.

This consultative role offers uncapped commissions, career progression into sales leadership, and the chance to shape our go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications

4–6 years of B2B sales experience, consultative or solution sales preferred.
Experience in IT services, cybersecurity, cloud, SaaS, managed services or related B2B services is advantageous.
Proven ability to engage business owners, senior management and key decision-makers.
Strong business development, relationship management and negotiation skills.
Ability to translate challenges into outcomes and value.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with both business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Drive new business and revenue growth for cybersecurity, compliance, MSP and AI advisory solutions.
Develop and manage relationships with SME owners, CEOs, MDs, IT leaders and other decision-makers.
Conduct consultative discovery meetings to understand client challenges, tech needs and risks.
Translate cybersecurity, compliance and technology risks into business value and practical solutions.
Identify new opportunities through prospecting, referrals, partnerships and events.
Develop proposals and presentations with pre-sales and project teams.
Manage opportunities through full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Build a healthy sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
Foster long-term client relationships and cross-sell opportunities.
Represent AsiaCloud at industry events and networking opportunities.
