Job summary

Sennheiser Group in Singapore seeks an experienced Sales Specialist to identify new business opportunities and build long-term partnerships. You will drive proactive selling, manage price negotiations, and maintain strong relationships with resellers, integrators, and end users.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B or field sales in professional audio/AV, with English proficiency and driving license. Travel island-wide is expected; Mandarin skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline; candidates with a strong track record in technical sales may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B or field sales experience, preferably in Professional Audio, AV, or related technical solutions.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on knowledge in the audio or AV industry; familiarity with IT infrastructure and networking is an advantage.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken); ability to communicate in Mandarin or other regional languages is a plus.
• Possession of a Singapore Class 3/3A driving licence is an advantage, as the role requires regular travel island-wide to meet clients.

Responsibilities

• Tap into sales potential by prospecting new customers and expanding account bases.
• Act as focal point of contact to customers and proactively sell products and solutions.
• Develop account strategies, manage price and contract negotiations, and monitor KPI targets.
• Coordinate with Technical Application Engineering/Internal Sales Support for order realization.
• Maintain CRM records of visitation activities, leads, opportunities and projects.
