Sennheiser in Singapore is seeking a Sales Manager to identify new business opportunities and develop long-term customer partnerships. You will sell Sennheiser and Neumann products to a range of customers including resellers, integrators, and national accounts, while managing price negotiations and KPIs.

You will build strong relationships, expand networks island-wide, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver technical solutions. Prior experience in professional audio and AV is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B or field sales experience in Professional Audio or related technical solutions.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on knowledge in the audio or AV industry; familiarity with IT networking is a plus.
• Proficient in English; ability to communicate in Mandarin or other regional languages is a plus.
• Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving licence is advantageous for island-wide travel.

Responsabilités

• Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term customer partnerships.
• Proactively sell Sennheiser and Neumann products to resellers, dealers, integrators, distributors, and end users.
• Negotiate prices and contracts, meet territory and sub-regional sales targets, track KPIs.
• Maintain and expand customer networks; manage CRM records and administration.
