Job summary

NAT AND NAT SEARCH PTE. LTD. seeks an Application Lead to drive the enterprise application strategy and digital transformation.

You will oversee portfolios, partner with senior stakeholders and lead both Digital Business Partner and Software Engineering teams to deliver measurable outcomes. In this leadership role, you will translate business priorities into a clear roadmap, drive modernization, and manage delivery with governance across budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, BIS or related discipline.
• 10+ years in application management, technology delivery, digital products or business systems.
• 5+ years leadership experience managing application delivery, product management, business partnering or technology teams.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise application roadmaps and transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing both COTS and custom-built applications.
• Strong understanding of cloud, APIs, integration, data platforms, automation and AI/ML.
• Strong vendor management, stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
• Ability to translate business goals into practical solutions and measurable outcomes.

• Own the enterprise application portfolio and roadmap, aligning investments with business strategy and transformation priorities.
• Lead application modernisation, optimisation and lifecycle planning.

About the opportunity

Our client is seeking an Application Lead to drive its enterprise application strategy and digital transformation. This leadership role combines application portfolio ownership, business partnership and software engineering oversight to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The role

You will lead the Digital Business Partner and Software Engineering teams, overseeing applications across business, operational and customer-facing platforms. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will translate business priorities into a clear roadmap and oversee delivery, adoption and ongoing improvement.

• Experience managing both commercial off-the-shelf and custom-built applications.
• Strong understanding of cloud, APIs, integration, data platforms, automation and AI/ML.
• Strong vendor management, stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.
• Ability to translate business goals into practical solutions and measurable outcomes.
