Job summary

IMDA in Singapore is seeking a Manager to lead RIE efforts in AI and Trust Technologies, cross‑domain research, and research‑to‑business development. Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience managing technology teams in research and/or engineering.
• Familiarity with the RIE ecosystem.
• Strong collaborative attitude and team player.

Responsibilities

• Develop research to business strategies in AI and Trust Technologies, and cross-domain research.
• Prepare RIE funding initiatives and define theories of success for research programmes.
• Strategise collaborations with IHLs and RIs in AI and Trust Technologies and cross-domain research.
• Represent Singapore/IMDA in research forums and standards committees.
• Lead efforts to translate research findings into business opportunities and drive international collaborations.
• Support leadership in monitoring global tech shifts and providing timely recommendations.
