Job summary

AI Rudder is a conversational AI company transforming how businesses communicate with customers across voice and digital channels. We seek an experienced Solutions Engineer to lead technical discovery, define architectures, and drive enterprise deals from a technical angle in a fast-growing, globally distributed team.

You will champion APIs, integrations, data flows, and deployment models while collaborating with Sales and Security teams to ensure scalable, secure solutions for enterprise

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Solutions Engineering, Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales, or a similar customer-facing technical role supporting complex enterprise deals.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS architecture and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) is required.
• Ability to lead technical conversations with both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and technical discovery, understand customer architecture and requirements, and design scalable end-to-end solutions.
• Define solution architecture, APIs, integrations, data flows, and deployment approaches in collaboration with customer technical teams.
• Design and manage POCs, define success criteria, and address technical requirements and objections.
• Own the technical side of complex sales cycles, working closely with Sales to remove blockers and drive deals to technical closure.
• Work with IT, Security, Architecture, and Infrastructure on data residency, security, scalability, and deployment models.
