Job summary

NUS-ISS is seeking a world-class AI education leader to design and deliver executive education and graduate programmes on Agentic AI, Generative AI, and enterprise-scale AI deployment. The role emphasizes practical content drawn from real-world cases and strategic frameworks.

The candidate will engage with industry stakeholders, tailor curricula to evolving AI trends, and lead thought leadership to shape NUS-ISS’s direction in AI education and adoption.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent in AI, Computer Science, Robotics, Cognitive Systems, or related field.
• 15+ years of hands-on enterprise AI deployment and consulting experience.
• Deep knowledge of Agentic AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI governance.
• Confident in engaging senior professionals and adapting to diverse learning environments.
• Mindset of continuous learning and curiosity to grow with the field.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver executive education and graduate programmes on Agentic AI, Generative AI, and enterprise-scale AI deployment with practical content.
• Create immersive learning experiences using real-world case studies, simulations, and strategic frameworks.
• Engage with industry stakeholders to tailor curriculum to global AI trends and business challenges.
• Lead with thought leadership by speaking at conferences and shaping the strategic direction of NUS-ISS.
