Thales seeks a Senior Advisor (Protection System CONOPS) to support Police and Public Safety engagement and drive strategic development for government opportunities from January 2027 onward.

Qualifications

• Available from January 2027 onwards.
• Typically 15+ years of relevant professional experience in policing, public safety, or government sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in Systems/Engineering, Aerospace, Electrical, Computer Science or related field.
• Advanced degree (Master's/PhD) is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of police operations and public safety priorities.
• Experience engaging with senior government, police, or public-sector stakeholders.
• Experience supporting strategic business development, major programmes or complex bids.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with ability to brief senior decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic policing and public-safety expertise to inform concepts and priorities.
• Support development of territory and market strategies for Thales Public Safety & Security.
• Contribute to product and solution strategy with customer and market perspectives.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen Thales' value proposition in engagements and proposals.
• Translate evolving requirements into actionable business and solution insights.
• Advise and support commercial strategies for key opportunities and bids.
• Build relationships with government stakeholders to enable business development.
• Represent Thales in industry associations and stakeholder forums.
