Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an accounting professional to manage the full accounting cycle, including AP, AR and GL, and to process supplier invoices, payments, staff claims, and petty cash.

You will perform bank reconciliations, prepare journal entries, assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, and produce financial reports and management accounts.

A strong emphasis on compliance, tax filings, audits, and proper filing of accounting documents is required.

Qualifications

• Handle full accounting cycle including AP/AR/GL.
• Process supplier invoices, payments, staff claims and petty cash.
• Prepare customer invoices, debit/credit notes and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set or partial set of accounts, including AP, AR, and General Ledger (GL).
• Process supplier invoices, payments, staff claims, and petty cash transactions.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices, debit notes and credit notes.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
• Prepare financial reports and management accounts as required.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents.
