Job summary

TikTok is seeking an Accounting Business Partner for its overseas payments business in Singapore. You will partner with finance and operations to design related-party transactions, forecast performance, and analyze P&L for payment entities, guiding strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes financial reporting, risk controls, and process optimization, with focus on data analytics, Excel, and ERP systems to support decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Management, or related field.
• 5+ years fintech experience with financial analysis, accounting and reporting, related-party transaction design and operational management, and payment business forecasting and financial modeling.
• Professional finance certification (CPA/ACCA/CFA/CMA).
• Experience in budget-to-actual variance analysis and financial performance analysis for payment businesses.
• Strong analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive issue resolution, while being proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems, and financial/data analysis tools.
• Experience supporting financial compliance risk assessment and financial decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, forecast, and analyze business related transactions between financial and payment entities, establishing related transaction operation processes, settlement systems, and analysis monitoring systems that comply with commercial substance.
• Forecast the payment entity's finances, including building forecasting templates, fitting data rules, clear metric systems, and monthly tracking.
• Monthly monitoring of financial compliance metrics for payment entities, with warnings based on closing results and risk mitigation proposals.
• Participate in evaluating new business entities for efficient compliance, equity structure, and financial impact.
