Job summary

Based in our Singapore office, TikTok seeks a Finance Business Partner to join the Global Finance team. You will support the TikTok business while aligning with global finance strategies, handling FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and process optimization.

This hands-on individual contributor role requires 5+ years' relevant experience, Mandarin proficiency, and on-site work five days a week, offering growth in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A or Finance Partner/Strategy role.
• Mandarin required for collaboration with global partners.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

• Monthly and quarterly financial reviews and reporting.
• Cost efficiency analysis of major cost items.
