Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of client contact experience in a creative agency or comparable environment.
• Experience in a client-service role is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to persuade and influence.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to create clear documents.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Supports day-to-day account management and internal documentation.
• Builds relationships with clients to grow business and ensure delivery.
• Translates client information to project teams and scopes work.
• Reviews deliverables and provides oversight on timelines and budgets.
• Collaborates with internal teams to ensure effective execution and client satisfaction.
• Manages scheduling, invoicing, and billing in line with contracts.
• Assists in revenue and profitability planning for accounts.
