Job summary

Holland International School Limited in Singapore is seeking an experienced Academic Lead to join the Leadership Team. This Dutch-speaking educational leader will bridge our Dutch and English streams and drive strategic academic initiatives across the school.

You will oversee accreditation, lead professional development, and support inclusion while aligning with IEYC/IPC standards. A Master's in Education and leadership credentials are required, with 5+ years in international school leadership

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education required.
• Certified and Registered School Leader (Primary Education) required.
• Registered School Leader (RDO Ascenda) eligibility or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic educational leadership as a key member of the Leadership Team.
• Manage and coach the Head of English and the Dutch Team Leads (Preschool and Primary).
• Promote excellence in teaching, learning and assessment across the school.
• Ensure curricula coherence and ongoing development across all programmes.
• Oversee accreditation processes and align with IEYC and IPC standards.
