Job summary

Easy Hire PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a creative Content Producer to own our video content from idea to posting.

You will work closely with the founder to craft authentic stories around helpers and employers, shooting, editing and posting engaging short-form content for social platforms. Ideal candidates are fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong videography and editing skills, and the ability to interview people and present both perspectives fairly.

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Mandarin; strong storytelling and interview skills.
Proven videography and editing ability for short-form content.
Ability to find compelling stories from everyday situations.

Responsibilities

Plan, script, film, edit and post engaging short-mid form content for TikTok and other platforms.
Create story-driven videos around helper journeys and employer experiences.
Work with the founder to develop strong story angles and hooks.
Interview helpers and employers to uncover authentic stories.
Edit with pacing, captions and viewer retention in mind.
Adapt content for TikTok and RedNote; track trends and platform changes.
Manage posting and maintain content quality and consistency.
