Qualifications

• Degree in relevant disciplines; 3–5 years of relevant experience and portfolio if available
• Excellent presentation and relationship-building skills
• Effectively bilingual in written/spoken English and Chinese
• Passionate about creating entertaining and informative Chinese content in different styles
• Keen interest in trending topics and Asian Entertainment
• Good knowledge in video editing (e.g. Capcut) and video production
• Adept at using various social media platforms and content management systems
• Highly organized self-starter capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines

Responsibilities

• Video Production & Event Coverage: script, shoot, direct, and edit engaging short-form and long-form video content for social, web, and digital platforms.
• Post-Production Editing: color grading, sound design, motion graphics, subtitling, and multi-format exports for distinct platforms.
• Project Management & Multi-Campaign Leadership: manage deliverables across multiple media campaigns and coordinate timelines between creative, sales, marketing and vendors.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, event coordinators, and executives to meet milestones and ensure smooth execution of video and media initiatives.
