TYSON JAY MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Video Content Producer to own the visual storytelling for product launches, updates and brand initiatives. You will work both behind the camera and in editing to craft engaging narratives across digital channels.

The role requires strong storytelling, independent idea generation, and comfort with AI-enabled tools to accelerate production while maintaining quality and platform-appropriate formats.

Qualifications

• Hands-on video production and editing experience demonstrated by a strong storytelling portfolio.
• Strong judgement of story, pacing, and platform-appropriate formats.
• Ability to originate ideas, work independently, and own production with minimal briefs.
• Comfort with AI-enabled creative tools; experience in motion graphics, design, photography, hardware, robotics or growing digital channels is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan and produce video content for product launches, progress updates, customer stories, brand initiatives and social channels.
• Develop original content ideas from concept through production to final delivery.
• Capture high-quality footage on-site, including people, products, backstage moments.
• Edit short-form and long-form content with strong pacing, structure, sound and platform formatting.
• Maintain a consistent visual style and strengthen the overall content identity across channels.
• Partner with technical and commercial teams to translate complex work into clear, engaging content.
• Manage the content calendar and maintain a steady publishing rhythm across platforms.
• Experiment with new creative formats and AI-enabled tools to improve speed and engagement.
