Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring a Storeman / Warehouse Assistant in Bedok North to support inventory, material handling and day-to-day warehouse operations. The role involves receiving and recording materials, picking and packing for site deliveries, and maintaining orderly inventory with a focus on safety.

Experience in warehouse or logistics is preferred; forklift license is required, and heavy lifting may be needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics operations preferred.
• Able to lift/move heavy items when required.
• Basic understanding of inventory management.
• Has forklift license.
• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment.
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for delivery to project sites.
• Organize and store inventory in designated locations to maintain a tidy warehouse.
• Load and unload goods using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual handling (training can be provided).
• Perform regular stock-taking and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and proper handling procedures.
• Support drivers and site teams by preparing and coordinating outgoing deliveries.
• Monitor warehouse supplies and report low stock levels to supervisors.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse environment.

Our client is an established construction specialist with over 35 years of experience in ceilings, partitions and interior finishing works across residential, commercial and large-scale projects. They are hiring a Storeman / Warehouse Assistant to support inventory, material handling and day-to-day warehouse operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive, check, and record incoming materials, tools, and equipment.

• Pick, pack, and prepare materials for delivery to project sites.

• Organize and store inventory in designated locations to maintain a tidy warehouse.

• Location : Bedok North

• Working Days/Hours : 5.5 days/ office hours

• Salary: S$2,500 to S$4,000 + Variable Bonus (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
