Job summary

EFFICIENT MOTOR & ENGINEERING WORKS PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse/storekeeper to manage incoming parts, maintain accurate stock records, and support daily workshop operations.

You will prepare POs, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment while handling typical logistics documents. Mandarin communication with suppliers is a plus as needed.

Qualifications

• Min. 1 year of experience in storekeeping, inventory or warehouse operations.
• Basic computer skills and comfortable with inventory systems.
• Familiar with basic documents such as POs, invoices and DOs.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on workshop/store environment.
• Able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and stakeholders when required.
• Meticulous, responsible and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming parts and materials, check quantity and condition.
• Record received items in the inventory system and report discrepancies or damages.
• Prepare and update Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain supplier records.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment ordering.
• Prepare and issue spare parts/materials for mechanic usages.
• Maintain records of purchases, stock movements, POs, invoices and DOs.
• Perform regular stock counts, cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Track tyre and battery usage by mileage for timely replacements.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment.
• Support other workshop operational duties as assigned.

• Record received items in the company’s inventory system and report any discrepancies or damages.
• Prepare and update Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain supplier records.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment ordering to ensure sufficient inventory.
• Prepare and issue spare parts/ materials accurately for mechanic usages.
• Maintain proper records of purchases, stock movements, POs, invoices and Delivery Orders (DOs).
• Perform regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation to maintain stock accuracy.
• Track tyre and battery usage by mileage to ensure timely and proper replacement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while complying with workplace safety regulations.
• Supporting other workshop operational duties as assigned
