Job summary

Pan Pacific Van & Truck Leasing Pte Ltd. is seeking a warehouse/storekeeper to manage inbound parts, update records, and support stock replenishment in a hands-on workshop setting.

You will handle POs, DOs, invoices and daily inventory tasks while ensuring accuracy and safety. The role requires basic computer skills, familiarity with inventory systems, and the ability to communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year in storekeeping/warehouse operations.
• Basic computer skills and comfortable with inventory systems.
• Familiar with POs, invoices and DOs.
• Hands-on workshop/store environment experience.
• Able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming parts and materials; check quantity and condition.
• Record received items in the inventory system and report discrepancies or damages.
• Prepare and update Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain supplier records.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment ordering.
• Prepare and issue spare parts/materials for mechanic usage.
• Maintain records of purchases, movements, POs, invoices and DOs.
• Perform regular stock counts and reconciliation to maintain accuracy.
• Track tyre and battery usage by mileage for timely replacement.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Support other workshop duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming parts and materials and check their quantity and condition.

• Record received items in the company's inventory system and report any discrepancies or damages.

• Prepare and update Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain supplier records.

• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment ordering to ensure sufficient inventory.

• Prepare and issue spare parts/ materials accurately for mechanic usages.

• Maintain proper records of purchases, stock movements, POs, invoices and Delivery Orders (DOs).

• Perform regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation to maintain stock accuracy.

• Track tyre and battery usage by mileage to ensure timely and proper replacement.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while complying with workplace safety regulations.

• Supporting other workshop operational duties as assigned

Key Requirements:

• Min. 1 year of experience in storekeeping, inventory or warehouse operations.

• Basic computer skills and comfortable with inventory systems

• Familiar with basic documents such as POs, invoices and DOs.

• Comfortable working in a hands-on workshop/store environment.

• Able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and stakeholders when required.

• Meticulous, responsible and able to work independently
