Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse/Delivery Associate in Singapore to ensure goods are picked, packed, and inspected before dispatch. You will verify outgoing items for accuracy and maintain safety during delivery or collection.

You will also document movements in Netsuite, confirm receipts with stamps, and perform monthly stock checks while supporting daily delivery planning and unloading processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Ability to verify items, labels, and quantities before dispatch.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to maintain warehouse housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Perform and ensure all goods are picked, packed, labelled, inspected, and are in good quality/ condition before delivery to customer/ or for export purposes.
• Ensure all outgoing items are checked & verified for accuracy before delivery and export to customer.
• Responsible for the safety and security during delivery or collection.
• Ensure all delivered items and delivery orders are acknowledged with recipient company stamp after checking.
• Check for physical damages on equipment, packaging, and labels before receiving from customer or vendors.
• Responsible for the safety and security of all goods allocated for delivery to customer.
• Ensure proper handling for all outgoing goods and loading to vehicles when making deliveries.
• Assist on daily delivery planning and arranging of transportation.
• Ensure proper handling during unloading (inclusive container) for all incoming goods.
• Ensure all incoming goods received are inspected in acceptable condition without physical/ external damage on equipment and packing.
• Ensure all movement of goods in warehouse are updated in Netsuite System by using Bin Transfer.
• Responsible for the safety and security as well as housekeeping of the internal warehouse.
• Maintain proper storage areas for goods that are due to be self-collected by customers/ forwarders.
• Perform monthly periodic stock stake.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.
