Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a warehouse operative with 5 years of related experience to manage picking, packing, labeling, and inspecting goods for delivery or export.

You will ensure accuracy, safety, and proper documentation for outgoing and incoming items, while maintaining orderly warehouse conditions and updating Netsuite with stock movements. The role involves daily planning for deliveries, loading/unloading, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

• ITE/NTC Certificate in Business/Office Skills is required.
• Candidates with no prior experience may also be considered if they meet job requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform and ensure all goods are picked, packed, labelled, inspected, and are in good quality/condition before delivery or for export.
• Ensure outgoing items are checked and verified for accuracy before delivery and export to customer.
• Ensure safety and security during delivery or collection.
• Acknowledge delivered items with recipient company stamp after checking.
• Check for physical damages on equipment, packaging, and labels beforeReceiving from customer or vendors.
• Maintain safety and security of all goods allocated for delivery to customer.
• Ensure proper handling for all outgoing goods and loading to vehicles when delivering.
• Assist on daily delivery planning and arranging transportation.
• Ensure proper handling during unloading for all incoming goods.
• Ensure incoming goods are inspected in acceptable condition without damage.
• Update Netsuite system for all movements using Bin Transfer.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping and storage areas for goods to be self-collected.
• Perform monthly stock stake.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all outgoing items are checked & verified for accuracy before delivery and export to customer.
• Responsible for the safety and security during delivery or collection.
• Ensure all delivered items and delivery orders are acknowledged with recipient company stamp after checking.
• Check for physical damages on equipment, packaging, and labels before receiving from customer or vendors.
• Responsible for the safety and security of all goods allocated for delivery to customer.
• Ensure proper handling for all outgoing goods and loading to vehicles when making deliveries.
• Assist on daily delivery planning and arranging of transportation.
• Ensure proper handling during unloading (inclusive container) for all incoming goods.
• Ensure all incoming goods received are inspected in acceptable condition without physical/ external damage on equipment and packing.
• Ensure all movement of goods in warehouse are updated in Netsuite System by using Bin Transfer.
• Responsible for the safety and security as well as housekeeping of the internal warehouse.
• Maintain proper storage areas for goods that are due to be self-collected by customers/ forwarders.
• Perform monthly periodic stock stake.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements

• Minimum ITE/ NTC Certificate in Business/ Office Skills with at least 5 years of related working experiences.
• Candidates with no prior working experience may also be considered for the role provided they meet the relevant job requirements.
