Job summary

PIXEL AUTOMATION PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a diligent Storekeeper to manage stock receiving, allocation, and inventory accuracy at our facility.

You will ensure proper storage hygiene, verify goods against purchase orders, liaise with Purchasing and vendors, and maintain orderly records using our inventory system.

Responsibilities

• Receive and allocate the stocks accordingly.
• Verify all goods arrived as per Purchaser order, delivery note and agreed quantity received.
• Check day-to-day upkeep and hygiene of storage facilities.
• Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.
• Ensure cleanliness of all areas, storage areas clean and tidy and in compliance with hygiene regulations.
• Ensure store requisitions are signed by requester.
• Ensure the quantity requested matches the quantity issued.
• Ensure requisition form is signed by the person collecting goods and enter into Inventory/Materials Management System.
• Monitor stock by using our smart inventory systems.
• Adhere to all Safety procedures.
• Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs.
• Complete requisition forms for inventory and supplies.
• Work closely with Purchasing to order and receive items and equipment.
• Follow up with vendors for delivery issues and oversee/return process.
• Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and logs.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management or supervisors.
