Job summary

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials. The candidate should have prior storekeeping experience, be proficient in basic Excel, and be able to operate a forklift safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials
• Ensure proper storage and labelling of all inventory items
• Issue materials according to Delivery Orders (DO) / Work Orders
• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory in Excel system
• Perform regular stock counts and reconciliationMonitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
• Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams on stock requirements
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping
• Handle loading and unloading of goods using forklift
• Follow company procedures and safety regulations at all times

Qualifications
