Job summary

Louis Vuitton is seeking an Assistant Store Planning Manager to oversee end-to-end store openings and renovations across South Asia. You will manage projects from concept through design development, procurement and construction, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and to the brand’s exquisite standards.

The role requires strong architectural and store planning experience, collaboration with local teams, and frequent travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of architectural experience including high quality facades and store planning project management
• Degree holder in Architecture, Interior Design or PM in Design & Construction
• Luxury retail design experience is desirable but not essential
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and millwork for luxury environments
• Proficient in MS Office, CAD, 3D software and Photoshop

Responsibilities

• Drive and communicate global design guidelines to ensure Louis Vuitton stores meet aesthetic and quality visions
• Lead end-to-end project cycles from conception to handover, within budget and timeline
• Coordinate with local architects, contractors, and vendors to realise bespoke store concepts
• Liaise with landlords and authorities and supervise site visits to ensure compliance with standards
• Travel frequently, approximately 30% of the time
