Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or relevant field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in a retail environment.
• Customer-first mindset with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficient with MS Office and POS.
• Willingness to work weekends/holidays and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Manage sales, P&L and KPIs to achieve the budget.
• Motivate and train the sales team to meet targets.
• Develop business strategies to attract customers and improve profitability.
• Oversee hiring, training and scheduling of staff; manage store budgets.
• Coordinate in-store product displays and merchandising.
• Respond to customer concerns professionally and ensure health/safety compliance.
• Prepare reports on buying trends, customer needs and profits.
• Monitor inventory and place orders as needed.
