Job summary

HOKA is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic retail team at Changi Airport Jewel. You will drive store performance, deliver outstanding customer experiences, and execute promotional activity while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, excellent English communication, and a passion for sports. You will manage scheduling, training, and performance metrics to meet sales goals and ensure a motivating shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School or "O" Level or equivalent.
• Interest in sports would be an advantage.
• Required language: English to communicate with customers.
• At least 2 years of working experience in sales - retail/general or equivalent.
• Preferably non-executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• To manage store sales performance, coordinate in-store promotional activity, managing store operation, recruitment and team building.
• Establish weekly sales objectives for the store and personnel.
• Work with Sales & Operations Manager to achieve sales goals through key metrics (CR, ADS, IPT) while ensuring the highest level of customer service.
• To manage staff monthly duty roster and time sheet. Planning and execution in shift schedules.
• To manage and control staff cost and shrinkage goals within the store.
• Drive and lead all personnel to practice professional salesmanship within the guidelines of Converse to achieve optimum sales and provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• To assign team ROS functions for each section within the store to maximize sales performance.
• Ensure store present merchandise in a manner that will maximize sales that are reflective of Converse Visual Merchandising direction.

As a Store Manager at Hoka, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• To manage and control staff cost and shrinkage goals within the store.
• Drive and lead all personnel to practice professional salesmanship within the guidelines of Converse to achieve optimum sales and to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• To assign team Return on Sales (ROS) functions for each section within the store to maximize sales performance.
• Ensure store present merchandise in a manner that will maximize sales that are reflective of Converse Visual Merchandising direction.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Primary / Secondary School / "O" Level, Higher Secondary / "A" Level / Pre-U, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Enjoy doing sports would be advantage
• Required language: English to be able to communicate with customers
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position or a Supervisor position
• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
• Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Words.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with strong follow-through capabilities.
• Resourceful, meticulous and able to work effectively under pressure.
• Bubbly character and can communicate well with team members and customers
