ZHAOYANG SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Store Operations Supervisor to oversee daily outlet operations, ensure sanitation standards, and manage inventory and supplies.

You will lead therapists and reception staff, handle shift rosters and recruitment, and drive guest satisfaction and retention through excellent service.

The role also focuses on increasing store revenue via packages, memberships, and local promotions; weekend/evening shifts are required.

Competenze

• 2–4+ years of supervisory/management experience in spa, retail, or wellness centers.
• Strong leadership and scheduling skills.
• Proficiency with POS/booking software (Mindbody, Vagaro) and MS Office.
• Ability to work weekends/public holidays/evenings.

Requirements
