Job summary

Foot & Wellness Center in Singapore is seeking a Shop Sales Manager to engage customers, manage sales targets, and apply knowledge of body muscle anatomy and foot reflexology to enhance the client experience.

You will greet and serve walk-in and appointment customers, promote products, ensure hygiene standards, handle cashiering, and may perform some treatments for female clients with training provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively to enhance customer experience.
• Knowledge of body muscle anatomy and foot reflexology is required or training provided.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and provide tailored service through effective communication


• Apply expertise in body muscle anatomy and foot reflexology to assist and advise customers, improving their wellness experience


• Greet and serve walk-in and appointment customers with a friendly and positive attitude to ensure satisfaction


• High customers communication skills.


• Promote products and services proactively to achieve monthly sales targets and close sales successfully


• Maintain shop operations by ensuring hygiene and cleanliness standards are consistently met


• Perform cashiering tasks and accurately record sales transactions


• Preferably to have foot reflexology and therapist knowledges. (Training will also be provided)


• Female staff will need to perform some treatment for female customers only.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to communicate bilingually and speak simple dialects to enhance customer interaction

Working Hours 10.30am - 10.30pm Rest day falls on a weekday.
