You will lead therapists and reception staff, handle shift rosters, recruitment, and performance reviews while driving guest satisfaction. Experience in spa, retail, or wellness settings is preferred; weekend and holiday shifts are required.

Requirements

• Proficient with POS and booking software (e.g., Mindbody, Vagaro) and basic MS Office.
• Flexible to work on weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
• Knowledge of foot reflexology/bodywork standards is a plus.
