Job summary

SEASON LIQUOR HOUSE in Singapore seeks an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily liquor and grocery retail operations. You will lead and coach staff, optimize schedules, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining inventory accuracy while driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, inventory management, and reporting skills to support informed business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manager the overall daily operations of the liquor and grocery retail store.
• Lead, supervise and schedule, conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
• Develop staff schedules, conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
• Monitor inventory levels, purchasing activities and supplier relationships.
• Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations relating to retail operations, liquor licensing, workplace safety and food hygiene where applicable.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Oversee merchandising, stock presentation and inventory accuracy.
• Prepare operations reports and recommend improvement to business performance.
• Ensure proper cash handing and adherence to company policies and procedures.
