Job summary

freemen asia pacific private limited, the Singapore-based operator of prettyFIT, is expanding its retail team. We are recruiting for store roles across Singapore to join a dynamic retail network near MRTs.

You will manage daily store operations, lead and train the retail team to achieve sales targets, maintain high service standards and store presentation, handle visual merchandising, stock management and staff rosters, with shift work and opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• Willing to work in the retail industry with shift work.
• Minimum three years' experience in retail.
• Leadership, energetic, well-groomed and confident in meeting people.
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily store operations.
• Manage, train and motivate the retail team to achieve sales target.
• Maintain high customer service level and store image.
• Responsible for visual merchandising and housekeeping.
