Job summary

Pan Pacific International Holdings in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Full-Time Store Coordinator to support store operations, inventory management, and administrative activities in a busy retail supermarket.

You will manage stock records, process deliveries, reconcile invoices, and assist with stock takes and store revamps. The role emphasizes detail-oriented workflow, independent work, and effective coordination with Sales Associates.

Full-Time Store Coordinator

Gross salary: $2,780/month

5-day work week (44 hours)

About the role

This is a hands-on role supporting store operations, inventory management, and administrative activities in a retail supermarket.

You will

• Manage inventory records, delivery documentation, and stock transfers
• Review and reconcile invoices from suppliers and warehouse deliveries
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate stock and inventory records
• Coordinate stock replenishment with Sales Associates and department teams
• Inspect and receive deliveries, ensuring quality and quantity meet requirements
• Organise stockrooms and optimise storage capacity
• Support stock takes and inventory counting activities
• Assist with store revamps, stock reorganisation, and operational improvement projects
• Provide support across departments when required

Scheduling

5-day work week (44 hours)

Fixed shift: 8:00am - 6:00pm (one workday per week will be 8:00am - 5:00pm)

Weekend work is generally not required but may be scheduled occasionally based on operational needs, with an off day provided in lieu
