Job summary

You will manage stock records, process deliveries, reconcile invoices, and assist with stock takes and store revamps. The role emphasizes detail-oriented workflow, independent work, and effective coordination with Sales Associates.

Qualifications

• Experience handling inventory records and stock movements.
• Proficient in data entry and basic office software.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory records, delivery documents, and stock transfers.
• Review invoices from suppliers and warehouse deliveries.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate stock records.
• Coordinate stock replenishment with sales teams.
• Inspect deliveries and ensure quantity/quality meet requirements.
• Organise stockrooms and optimize storage space.
• Support stock takes and inventory counting activities.
• Assist with store revamps and operational projects.
• Provide cross-department support when needed.
