Job summary

Tapestry, Inc. is seeking a SEA Store Construction Manager to lead small to medium store projects and rollouts across Asia, ANZ, and distributor channels.

You will coordinate with landlords, architects, contractors, and the supply chain to deliver fit-outs on time, within budget, and to brand standards.

The role requires strong project planning using MS Project, budget forecasting, weekly status reporting, and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in retail construction or fit-out management.
• Experience with vendor/contractor tendering and cost control.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CAD, Photoshop, MS Project and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of small to medium store projects end-to-end.
• Assist managers with large-scale projects.
• Coordinate with landlords, architects, and contractors to understand site conditions and fit-out requirements.
• Develop critical path and timelines using Microsoft Project.
• Forecast, track and manage project budgets and invoices.
• Produce weekly status reports and monitor progress across stages.
• Travel frequently across SEA and some ANZ.
