Job summary

Tapestry is seeking an Assistant Manager, Global Store Planning & Construction (2-year renewable contract) to lead SEA store construction projects from inception through completion. The role requires managing budgets, timelines, and vendor bids while coordinating with landlords, architects, and the Tapestry Architecture team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required with 3–5 years in retail construction and fit-out management.

Responsibilities

• Manage small to medium store construction projects end-to-end from inception to completion.
• Oversee large-scale projects alongside managers and coordinate with retailers and distributors.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and critical paths using Microsoft Project.
• Review construction drawings and fixture shop drawings with contractors.
• Travel frequently across Southeast Asia and some ANZ for project delivery.
