Job summary

PVG SEA PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on WOK HEY outlet supervisor in Singapore to lead daily operations, ensure on-time service, and uphold food quality. You’ll oversee a small team and manage shifts in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in F&B, retail or a supervisory role.
• Career switchers welcome.
• Previous stir-fry experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Comfortable working in a hot, compact kitchen and standing for long hours.

Responsibilities

• Run daily outlet operations so service stays smooth and on time.
• Plan staff rosters and manage manpower.
• Cook stir fry dishes to company standards (hands-on most of your day).
• Order and manage stock from suppliers and keep wastage low.
• Train and onboard new team members.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly.
• Keep hygiene and cleanliness standards high.
