Qualifications

• Previous stir-fry experience is advantageous.
• Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Comfortable in a hot, compact kitchen and standing for long hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in overseeing daily outlet operations.
• Order and manage inventory from suppliers.
• Cook stir fry dishes to company standards.
• Supervise maintenance of kitchen equipment and store infrastructure.
• Manage food preparation for stir-frying.
• Keep hygiene and cleanliness standards high.
