Job summary

WSH Experts Pvt Ltd is seeking a Teacher Aide to support science and robotics activities in a school setting. You will prepare materials for experiments and competitions, maintain equipment, and assist with data entry and document consolidation.

You will also handle front-desk duties, answer calls and inquiries, and assist in caring for unwell students while performing general admin tasks as directed by School Leaders and Admin Manager.

Qualifications

• ITE or GCE A Levels completed.
• Minimum 3 years in a school setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items for science experiments and robotics classes/competitions.
• Sort and maintain equipment, keep area clean and stock checked.
• Perform data entry and consolidate documents.
• Attend to school front-desk duties and answer calls/walk-in inquiries.
• Assist in unwell student care and other admin duties as needed.
• Handle information with confidentiality per Official Secrets Acts.
