FLEX LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. is seeking a driven Management Trainee to join our fast-growing healthcare supply chain startup in Singapore. You will gain direct exposure to the founders and participate in various business rotations.

This role focuses on learning all business areas, providing admin and ops support, and developing project plans. Fresh graduates are welcome, with training provided to build leadership capabilities for future roles.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in any field; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a startup environment.
• Open-minded with entrepreneurial mindset and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of the company’s business and prepare for a management position.
• Provide administrative and operational support across day-to-day operations.
• Develop and review project plans, track issues, and coordinate with teams.
• Study workflows and help revise processes to improve efficiency.
• Assist with budgeting and KPI monitoring to support cost control.
• Support founders and CEO in special projects and business development ideas.
• Lead and guide daily operations with internal staff and contractors.
