Flex Logistics is a fast-growing Healthcare Supply Chain as a Service startup in Singapore seeking an Operations Executive to join the team during early growth. This role requires taking charge of daily logistics, coordinating with drivers, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

The successful candidate will oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution, while ensuring timely deliveries and strong client engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.

• Willing to travel to client sites as needed.
• Must hold a Class 3 driving license to support on-site deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Your must possess a Class 3 driving license
• Oversee daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Plan and schedule deliveries to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Act as the key contact point for clients, vendors, and partners.
• Prepare reports
• Coordinate with drivers and customer service teams
• Receive, check, and organize incoming goods.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery.
• Assist with stocktaking and inventory control.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
• Label, sort, and store items properly for easy retrieval.
• Assist in loading and unloading goods.
• Documentation & System Updates
• Record goods received and dispatched accurately.
• Update inventory systems or manual records when required.
• Operate basic equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, trolleys) safely.
• Double as back up driver as and when required.

Requirements:

• Possess initiative and able to work independently.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to multi-task effectively.
• Computer literate; proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
• Willing to travel to client sites as needed.
• Must have a valid Class 3 driving license to support on-site deliveries or logistics when required.
• Warehouse operations knowledge or experience will be an advantage.
