Job summary

BIG BROTHERS FITNESS PTE. LTD. is seeking an HR & Operations Intern in Singapore. This role offers a 4-day work week with flexible days and hours and occasional remote work, reporting to the founders and management team.

You will gain hands-on exposure across HR, payroll, contracts, finance and operations, helping optimize processes and company culture while contributing to real business decisions.

Qualifications

• Organised and detail-oriented candidates with ability to handle confidential information.
• Comfortable working independently and communicating with management.
• Open to learning HR, business operations and entrepreneurship; prior HR experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly payroll processing and attendance records.
• Prepare HR contracts and HR documents; process resignations and terminations.
• Support invoicing, billing records and payments coordination.
• Help improve internal systems, SOPs and company culture; work with founders and leadership.
• Exposure across HR, Finance, Operations and Legal administration.
