Job summary

Skills and Workforce Development Agency is seeking an experienced Partnerships Outreach Manager to drive the growth and strategic relevance of SWDA’s ecosystem, including MyCareersFuture and CareersCompass, through content syndication, events, and new initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional partnerships with digital platforms, public and private organisations, IHLs, and thought leaders to boost engagement, leads, and content offerings in line with Singapore’s public service mission.

Qualifications

• >3 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or platform growth.
• Ability to structure and manage ecosystem or multi-party partnerships.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, relationship building and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with public-private collaborations, and/or working alongside government platforms is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and iterate the digital partnership strategy in line with evolving business goals and platform priorities.
• Lead end-to-end partner engagement, from pipeline development and value proposition pitching to contract negotiation, onboarding, and relationship management.
• Drive user acquisition through partner-driven initiatives and collaborate with content/marketing teams to amplify reach.
• Track and optimise partnership performance using key metrics (traffic, leads, content engagement).
• Oversee daily partnership operations, troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution between teams.
