Job summary

Orchid Entertainment Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Stage Manager to coordinate rehearsal logistics, backstage operations, and live show execution in a Singapore venue.

You will be the operational bridge between cast, technical crew, and venue management to ensure performances run smoothly and on schedule. You will directly call cues, manage run sheets, and lead pre-show briefings while ensuring safety standards and timely show starts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in stage management or live events.
• Ability to call cues and manage run sheets.
• Strong leadership and communication under fast-paced conditions.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage daily rehearsal schedules and run orders.
• Direct live show operations and call precision cues.
• Maintain master production run sheets and timelines.
• Ensure all performances start and end on time.
• Direct backstage traffic and maintain orderly, safe areas.
• Oversee setup, storage, and maintenance of stage assets.
• Coordinate with lighting, audio, and visuals during checks.
• Resolve live contingency issues promptly.
• Lead pre-show briefings on cue adjustments and rules.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and presentation standards.
