Job summary

WhiteCrow Research invites applications for a Staff Water Engineer to lead UPW/WWT system design across regional construction projects and to drive reliability improvements. The role requires deep domain expertise and cross-functional leadership to enhance O&M practices at multiple sites.

The ideal candidate brings 10–12+ years in UPW/WWT engineering, with strong skills in hydraulic analysis, data-driven decisions, and complex facility integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10–12+ years of UPW/WWT engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in UPW/WWT system design and operations.
• Strong capability in SPC, reliability engineering, and process optimization.
• Experience in large-scale facility systems and construction integration.
• Performance benchmarking and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Leading UPW/WWT system design for construction projects across the region.
• Driving alignment of O&M practices across all sites.
• Leading cross-functional teams to improve reliability and reduce variation.
• Reviewing and optimizing PM and predictive maintenance programs.
• Providing technical leadership during system failures or major incidents.
• Conducting hydraulic and hydrologic analyses using engineering software.
• Reviewing and approving technical deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality.
