Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) is seeking an MTS Test Engineer to design and implement test solutions for next-generation AMD products. You will collaborate with Product, Design, Package, Platform Engineering, Device Analysis, and Reliability teams to establish test plans, perform silicon bring-up, and optimize test cost and yield across the product lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on experience in end-to-end ATE test development, strong DFT knowledge, and coding skills in Python/Java/C++/Ruby.

Qualifications

• End-to-end ATE test program development, validation and debug skills including pre- and post-silicon
• Strong DFT and ATE test methodologies to improve yield and reliability
• Proficient coding in Python/Java/C++/Ruby, with scripting for test automation

Responsibilities

• Lead silicon bring-up and test program validation for new AMD products
• Develop and optimize test infrastructure and CI plans across product cycles
• Collaborate with global teams to resolve device failures and drive test coverage
