Job summary

QUALCOMM GLOBAL TRADING PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned test engineer to improve yield and device performance for automotive chips during production ramp and high-volume manufacturing.

You will analyze yield, process data, and diagnostics to ramp production volume and isolate root causes of yield loss. You will coordinate with wafer foundries, assembly and test houses, and the Qualcomm PTE team to validate test programs and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience with ATE test platforms and yield analysis.
• Familiarity with Advantest 93K and related test equipment.
• Understanding of VLSI test techniques and IC failure modes.
• Proficient data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Analyze yield, process data, and diagnostics to ramp volume.
• Support test house management, fixture validation, and mass production release.
• Collaborate with foundries and QA teams to identify root causes of yield loss.
• Provide yield outlook for planning and cost analysis.
• Lead teams to address yield excursions and drive improvements.
