Job summary

Hannah Life Technologies Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a technical leader to shape Flow Cytometry system concepts into coherent designs. You will drive front-end systems engineering across microfluidics, acoustics, optics, electronics and firmware to meet performance targets.

You will translate stakeholder needs into detailed requirements, define architecture and workflows, and guide decisions from feasibility through development, mentoring others in systems thinking.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with 6+ years of systems engineering and technical leadership in complex instrumentation.
• Degree in Bioengineering, Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
• Hands-on test experience with complex electromechanical systems or multidisciplinary products.
• Strong ability to translate needs into clear requirements, architecture, interfaces and testable specs.
• Experience with structured root-cause investigation and risk assessment such as FMEA.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder and customer-needs analysis; define measurable system requirements and maintain end-to-end traceability.
• Develop system context, use cases, functional workflows, architecture, interface intent and critical-to-performance specs with product and design leads.
• Plan feasibility studies, proof-of-concept work and trade studies to retire technical uncertainty and inform design direction.
• Identify and manage system-level risks; lead risk-retirement priorities and communicate clear recommendations when objectives compete.
• Own or lead the Systems Integration Plan and readiness criteria with integration and V&V teams.
• Guide system-level change-impact assessments and lifecycle decisions; mentor others in systems thinking.
