Role details

• 1) Provide L2 production support for 24x7 on Core Banking applications.
• 2) Recent experience in working with Java J2EE applications
• 3) Good understanding of core banking and banking operations is highly desirable.
• 4) Prior experience with Sunline Core Banking would be a strong case for candidate.
• 5) Experience in application support role for min 2 years for support or Developers
• 6) Willing to learn with good knowledge of Java, Unix, SQL
• 7) Experience in programming languages such as JAVA/J2EE.
• 8) Experience in Unix commands , SQL queries
• 9) Knowledge of Job scheduling, MQ setup , C:D setup experience is a plus
• 10) Familiarity with ticketing tools and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Elasticsearch and Grafana.
• 11) Dynamic individual with thirst to learn
• 12) Strong team player with excellent inter-personal skills
• 13) Ownership oriented and ability to meet SLAs with no compromise on the quality of the work
• 14) Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• 15) Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across teams.
