Job summary

ZSC Holdings Limited Singapore Branch is hiring a hands-on Staff Software Engineer in a hybrid Singapore-based capacity. You will own major product capabilities, shape architectural direction, and lead complex technical initiatives while guiding other engineers.

You will mentor teams, review designs and code, and partner with product and research groups to align technical strategy with business goals in a fast-paced, ambiguity-tolerant environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software-engineering experience leading complex production systems.
• Proficiency in Go, Rust, and Python.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of major product capabilities from problem definition through implementation and production operation.
• Design secure, reliable, and scalable systems with clear trust boundaries.
• Mentor engineers through design and code reviews and lead complex investigations.
• Partner with product and research teams and contribute to technical strategy and longer-term architecture.
